Welcome my student!

Here doctor Mirjana Ilic, the ideatore of the Pilates Academy named MedicalPilates SoulWellness. I use abreviation MPSW Academy, so you know when you see it that’s me/us.

I have spent over a 3 decades in studying, working, and applying movement as a Rehabilitation tool, as well as Wellness tool. My passion is to see people happy and healthy. That’s why I was trying to understand what would be the best, ease and efficient way to achieve and keep good health and be happy. So, in the academy you will learn not just movement techniques, but also the physiology behind and involvement of all systems. It is holistic approach bottom line.

We have started with the presentations and workshops of MedicalPilates 2015/2016. I’m honored for being invited in Saudi Arabia at AlManahil Center.

Today MedicalPilates SoulWellness is Verified 2026 by the Flagship Pilates International Institution NPCP. I’m delighted and inspired even more to spread Pilates method and its application in Rehabilitation and Wellness programs.

COURSE COSTS: Module 1 = 499 EURO and all other Modules 999 EURO
Additional training hours, about 55 hours will be granted for free using recorded platforms, and 55 hours will be organized in private or group classes.
Workshops – 10 hours yearly, for the Continuing Education by MPSW Academy will be granted for free for all MPSW Academy Pilates Certified Teachers.
